Levantine cuisine is the traditional cuisine of the Levant region. Though now divided between the all or parts of Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, the West Bank, Israel and the Gaza Strip, the region was a more united entity before the fall of the Ottoman Empire, and shared most of the same culinary traditions.
