Tŷ Canol National Nature Reserve is a nature reserve which lies between the Preseli Mountains and the north Pembrokeshire coast. Volcanic rock from the moor of Carnedd Meibion Owen, mossy boulders and gnarled oaks of Tŷ Canol woods, and the nearby presence of the famous Pentre Ifan burial chamber make up some of the memorable, prehistoric atmosphere. The buzzard is a common sight on the reserve, as are croaks of the ravens from some of its highest rocks.[who?]
