Blue Rock State Park is located in Muskingum County, Ohio and is surrounded by the 4573 acre Blue Rock State Forest. Facilities and activities available include camping, nature trails, picnic areas, and hunting in the surrounding state forest. Additionally, boating, fishing, and swimming is permitted in Cutler Lake, which was constructed in 1938.
