Sanagōchi (佐那河内村, Sanagōchi-son) is a village located in Myōdō District, Tokushima, Japan.

As of 2003, the village has an estimated population of 2,862 and a density of 67.66 persons per km². The total area is 42.30 km². The area is known for its spelunking caves.
