Ray A. Brownell was a Michigan politican.[1]
Political life
He was elected as the mayor of the City of Flint in 1929 for a single 1 year terms. The City Commission select him as Mayor in 1933 for a single year.[2] He was last of the directly elected Flint Mayors until 1975.[3]
