Thorpe St Andrew is a suburb of Norwich in Norfolk, England. It is situated about two miles east of the city centre, and outside the city boundary. It constitutes a civil parish which had a population of 13,762 acccording to the 2001 census, and is the administrative headquarters of the Broadland district council.
