I'd like you to add citations of works that define this concept and distinguish it from both evangelicalism and triumphalism. Then we can be sure it's not original research. Thanks. Gazpacho 20:10, 18 August 2005 (UTC)
It's closely related to the two pages it references, Dominionism and Christian Reconstructionism, but I don't understand how to provide citations if the page is already gone. Triumphalism is much more general, and Evangelicalism is not the same thing. Any simple google search of the term indicates that it is not a term I've coined, but one in widespread use among both the left and right.

Blocked by whom, and for what?
Hi. Blocked by me only for a short time. Someone on this proxy was creating a slew of titles relating to Buddhism with nothing more in them than category links. No text whatsoever. It was meant as a way to stem the tide of these entries long enough to clean them up. You should be OK to edit now. Sorry about the inconvenience. - Lucky 6.9 19:00, 30 August 2005 (UTC)
That was me - didn't realize that was frowned upon. My thinking was - post them and they shall be fleshed out. Is this no good? Also, curious as to why the edits on the Sakyong's page were reverted.
Well, yes and no. You can certainly post short articles, but they have to have some content. In other words, write a good, short article and hang a stub notice, like the Buddhism stub. I reverted a couple of your edits without looking after seeing a couple of questionable ones, I'm afraid. If what you added was legitimate, by all means feel free to replace it. Take a look at Wikipedia:Manual of style to learn more. Also, please consider establishing a user account. It's a lot of fun! - Lucky 6.9 19:42, 30 August 2005 (UTC)
Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia! -- JoanneB 15:51, 10 November 2005 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
