Dr. Liaqat Malik is a founder of DM Digital Television and a brain behind the First British Pakistani Channel from Manchester. Dr. Malik brings host of legal knowledge and experience in setting up managing broadcasting network. Solicitors Qualifying Exams from College of law- BPP School of law London and number of other qualification/membership from UK and overseas. Dr. Malik for number of years taught law at number of university for under graduate and postgraduate studies, Dr. Malik was involved in high profile and complex cases which was reported regular in law reports and he was awarded number of awards for his research and as a legal practitioner and human rights activities.

Dr. Malik is a member of Chartered Institute of Arbitration and can undertake a country assessment and evulation reports.

Dr. Malik is registered as a advocate of High Court with Punjab Bar Council. Dr. Malik has host of experience in legal practice and one of the leading expert of administrative constitutional law with emphasis on judicil review of government decision making.
