Wikipedia:WikiProject Hello! Project is intended to be a coordinated effort to standardize and expand articles related to Morning Musume and all of its sister acts under the Hello! Project umbrella.

WikiProject goals

These goals will evolve as this WikiProject progresses.

Currently, many of the articles relating to Hello! Project personalities are, quite frankly, rather half-baked, stub-sized profiles, and many album and single items have yet to be created on Wikipedia. This WikiProject, meant to attract the help of devoted H!Pedians, aims to:

• Bring all H!P albums and singles up to Wikipedia:WikiProject Albums and Wikipedia:WikiProject Songs standards, respectively.
• Bring all H!P personality entries within Wikipedia:WikiProject Biography and NPOV standards.
• Present H!P-related articles for Featured Article status.
• Upload free images of H!P members to improve articles.
  • There is an ongoing conflict over the use of non-free images because of policies on English Wikipedia that currently affects this project. Please see the essay WP:H!P and the use of non-free images on Wikipedia for further links and details.

WP:H!P standards

These standards will evolve as this WikiProject progresses.

• All H!P personality names must be written with the first name first, since this is the English Wikipedia standard for Japanese persons not well known to English speakers (with the exception for Chinese members).
• All group names and song tracks should follow the Wikipedia:Manual of Style (Japan-related articles) and be in title case.
• All H!P articles include the template {{WikiProject:Hello!Project}} in all talk pages of Hello! Project-related articles.
• A lot of albums and singles lack information on songs' composers, lyricists and musicians. Including such information (with reliable sources) can make the article more comprehensive thus improve its standard.
