Love and Other Disasters is Sonic Syndicate's third album, second to be released by Nuclear Blast and the last to feature Roland Johansson on vocals. It was released on September 19, 2008 and on October 14 in North America. In addition to the regular CD, a digipack version of the album will made available featuring two bonus tracks and a DVD.
On June 27th their new single Jack of Diamonds was released to radio, the same day it was played live for the first time on the MetalTown festival.
Since released in the United States, the album has sold around 800 copies in it's first week to land on the Billboard Heatseekers chart at 85. The album has also charted well in other countries around Europe.
