Please add new talk comments at the bottom of the page, rather than the top (Talk:Scottish national identity).

You are correct that that article needs a lot of work, but actually it was not written by a "rabid nationalist", but rather by an editor strongly opposed to Scottish independence who wanted to try to initiate a more balanced presentation of the topic than then existed at (I think) article Unionist.
