Shock Value 2[1] is record producer Timbaland's forthcoming third solo studio album, to be released via Mosley Music Group and Interscope. The album was rumored planned for a November 4, 2008 release, but to avoid overlap with the Presidential Election, however, this turned out to be untrue and Timbaland himself stated in January that he has only just started recording for Shock Value 2; thus the album now has no set release date.[2]
