Eduardo Rózsa-Flores (March 6, 1960 – April 16, 2009) was a Bolivian-Hungarian soldier, journalist, actor, poet. In Hungary he was known as Rózsa-Flores Eduardo or Rózsa György Eduardo

Eduardo Rózsa-Flores was born in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. His father, Rózsa György is a Hungarian painter with jewish origins, his mother Nelly Flores Arias is a catalan teacher. The family moved to Chile in 1972, but after Pinochet coup they left the country, and moved to Sweden. In 1975 they moved to Hungary.

Rózsa-Flores passed the secondary school in Budapest, After studying a few years in a military university in Budapest, he passed into the Eötvös Loránd University where he got degree in 1989.
