Stage 13 at 2007 Tour
I have undone the changes some anonymous person made to my contribution. I don't see why it shouldn't be mentioned that Cadel Evans actually won a stage in this Tour? Because I do understand the change that person made about the "prestigious" Tour de Romandie (which is indeed not so prestigious after all), I saved that change. --Selach 13:44, 9 August 2007 (UTC)
- The ASO/Tour de France have not announced Evans as the winner of the 13th stage, even though Vinokourov tested positive. Until they do, he 'came second'. kju 15:08, 9 August 2007 (UTC)
- Vinokourov has not yet been found guilt of doping. Until he is and is stripped of the win, it is "his". It is not correct to say Evans won the stage—yet. SeveroTC 21:39, 9 August 2007 (UTC)
Wrong info about Evans supposedly having assumed 2007 victory
At the end of the page, in Sporting positions one can read: "(assumed) Winner of the Tour de France 2007", what contradicts with the intro text "In 2007 Evans finished second in the Tour de France". Aiarakoa (talk) 18:12, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
Tour of Austria
According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%96sterreich_Rundfahrt Cadel Evans was winner in 2001 and 2004, but here only his 2004 victory is mentioned. I fixed the info in his palmares, but the maintainers of this article should also fix the wording elsewhere in this article to reflect his two victories in Tour of Austria, not one. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.10.89.3 (talk) 14:02, 31 July 2008 (UTC)
Relationship with the media
Given Evan's growing noteriety following his attitude towards the media at the 2008 TdF, and actions including headbutting a TV camera, does this not deserve a section? I imagine it would be fairly easy to find references and quotes for this to remain neutral.Thaf (talk) 15:20, 16 August 2008 (UTC)

First tour de France in 2005?
I don't believe that the tour of 2005 was his first tour de france. I remember him riding the tour for telekom as well. But I don't remember the year anymore. I will try to find more information on that.
