East Tuddenham is a village in the Breckland district[1] of mid-Norfolk, East Anglia, England in the United Kingdom. It is around 10 miles from the city of Norwich, and is close to the town of East Dereham. The village has an area of 847 hectares (3.27 square miles) with an estimated population of 515, according to the 2001 UK census[2]. It is served by All Saints church[3] in the Benefice of Mattishall[4]. East Tuddenham is dissected by Mattishall Road, which links to the A47 eastwards and eventually to East Dereham westwards (firstly passing through Mattishall, Clint Green and Yaxham).
The village has it's own website[5], featuring the Village hall & it's Sport Facilities (tennis, badminton, snooker), local clubs/societies and news from the parish council.
East Tuddenham is surrounded by arable land, and a variety of crops including Wheat, Barley, Oil Seed Rape, Sugarbeet and Potatoes can be seen growing. The fields and village are littered with public footpaths and local walks [6] , including a 12 mile walk [7] for ramblers.
