The Warriors (2010 film)

The Warriors is an upcoming film directed by Tony Scott, with a tentative release date of 2010. It is a remake of the 1979 film The Warriors. It will create a modern version of the story, set in Los Angeles. John Amos will play the role of Cyrus, The Gramercy Riffs' Warlord. Michael Beck will reprise his role in the remake, as will Deborah Van Valkenburgh, who played Mercy. It is also said to be a sequel, following the events of the previous film thirty-one years later.
