Lyndon LaRouche associate Paul Gallagher
Did you ever find out the particulars of his conviction? The main article on LaRouche lists him as convicted but with no particulars. Thanks!--Beth Wellington 21:05, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
Oh well. Thanks anyway. I was looking for a specific source and only found stuff on Larouche's own site.--Beth Wellington 01:49, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for the link, but I was looking for non Larouche sources. See {http://members.tripod.com/~american_almanac/intro.htm#schiller} which explains that it was published in a pubication by "Larouche collaborators." Sigh. --Beth Wellington 22:02, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
Can....
Can you transfer copies of all remaining Wikipedia links to my Userpage, including the one concerning editing a article. I am planning to create a article in which these may be listed as some sort of directory, so that Users will not have to go all over the place to find the info. that they are requesting. The Wiki-links that I already have in my own directory have been useful. In this "Wiki Directory", I can access different Wiki-sections rapidly and easily, instead of having to go all over the place. I believe that a Wiki-Directory, such as I've set up is a good idea. Also, can you archive my User Talk page for me. I don't want to mess it up, or get accused of vandalisim.
By the way, I did read the indicated source. 04:23, 1 January 2006 (UTC)

Question
Why the change of name? Is it meant to confuse me, specifically? If so, success! Best regards, El_C 16:55, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
I have never 'vandalised' an article on 'Cattle'
I must say that I found your note to me somewhat offensive as I never vandalised wikipedia or even looked at the article you refer to - on cattle. It may be that every AOL user comes up the same (as we sem to be classified as multiple users) but rest assured I have not done anything untoward. Ben
Californio Ranchos
Your callous comments and esoteric view about such a historical period in California's history reflects negative on you...I would generally let some things slide, but on this, I could not...192.91.173.36 21:34, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

Attack on Pearl Harbor spoken article
Hi - I saw you were listed as working on the Attack on Pearl Harbor article - just letting you know I recorded this article and uploaded it a week or so ago (hope you didn't get too far w/ it). Thanks for your help w/ the spoken article project BTW. Athf1234 16:01, 15 January 2006 (UTC)
Blocking over fair-use image disputes
Will, your input would be very much appreciated at Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard#Blocking_over_fair-use_image_disputes, regarding the circumstances in which it is okay to block a user over a fair-use (or other copyright) dispute. We're trying to find a balance between wording that is tough on copyright violation but that also offers some protection to good-faith editors. SlimVirgin (talk) 22:01, 17 January 2006 (UTC)
A blast from the past. A Protest Warrior member is trying to rewrite the article to suit his personal view of the organisation. Any chance that you could take a look at it and see what you think? --Mel Etitis (Μελ Ετητης) 14:21, 4 February 2006 (UTC)
Cosmotheism Disambiguation Page
Will, I am registerd user "Oklahoma" I anonymously edited the Cosmotheism page and was banned by Mel Etitis for "Vandalism". If you look at the history you will see that what I did was not vandalism. Since then I have registerd as user "Oklahoma". The issue under dispute is whether Mordecay Nesiyahu "created the term" Cosmotheism. I gave evidence on the discussion page that he in fact did not, but Mel did not respond, he just changed it back and locked the page. Is this how Wikipedia is supposed to work? I think that it gives Wikipedia a "black eye" when someone puts up information that is demonstrably false. Could you tell me why Mel Etitis would do this? Some help in restoring truth to the Cosmotheism Disambiguation page would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, registerd user "Oklahoma"
Mel Etitis has banned me
Will, Mel has banned me because he thinks I am "Paul Vogel". I am not Paul Vogel. I would think he could or you could verify this. He has banned me for simply proving him wrong about who "created the term" Cosmotheism. Now he's edited the page to read "prominent user of the term". I would submit that that is nonsense. I'm not suggesting that Pierce be listed at "prominent user of the term", but he is more "prominently" connected to the term than Nesiyahu. What is Mel Etitis' motivation. Let me repeat, I am not Paul Vogel, I am the guy you had discussions with about Cosmotheism links on the white supremacy page. I am only interested in upholding truth and accuracy. I should not be banned. Thank you, Oklahoma
Thank you Oklahoma
Image Tagging Image:Cm-timessquare2.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Cm-timessquare2.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is therefore unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{GFDL}} to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, please read fair use, and then use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other media, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Nv8200p talk 03:03, 8 February 2006 (UTC)

Image Tagging for Image:Szaszcruise_picture.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Szaszcruise_picture.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

Disambiguating Akshardham
Hi,
Some changes were made by an anonymous user User:83.67.4.89 in the Akshardham page.
The Akshardham has different perceptions in popluar media and in religious philosophy.
I have included a link to the Akshardham (Philosophy) in the akshardham disambiguation page called Akshardham Temple and redirected Akshardham to that page.
To give proper justice to philosophical meaning, the link for philosophy has been placed above temple links
Hi, I am sending this message to serious contributors who may be interested in articles related to U.S. politics. I believe I am receiving an unreasonable response-- and at times insulting and rude-- from the editors of this article, who refuse to remove a section that may offer some interesting trivia for Wikipeidia users, but is irrelevant to people interested in reading an encyclopedia article on a member of U.S. Senate. If you have time, please take a look at the article. 172 | Talk 03:10, 21 June 2006 (UTC)
LaRouche nuts, and....
Your regular talk is still protected. I shot down this LaRouche edit and happened upon this by the same anon. My first thought is reverting to the pre-anon (practically blanking), but....I don't know; this isn't the type of subject I deal with. Thoughts? --TJive 06:59, 24 June 2006 (UTC)

Joe Smith (politician) ... Cut & Paste
Greetings, Willmcw!
In checking over the Joe Smith (politician) page, I noticed that somebody did the ol' cut & paste routine with the "Joe Smith (politician)" page and created a "Joe Smith (Missouri politician)" page while changing the "Joe Smith (politician)" into a disambiguation page ... all that without clicking on the "move" tab!
Seeing as you were the one that corrected the cut & pastes that I did as a newby back in December 2005, I figured you'd be the person I'd go to in the hopes of fixing up this situation created by somebody else!
Thanks again for your time, Will!

Mediation on Rush Limbaugh Page
Would you mind weighing in with your opinion on the Chelsea Clinton incident? It is now under mediation. Eleemosynary 05:22, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
I note your previous contributions to the above page. Discussions are ongoing regarding the relevance of some of the page's contents, and appear to have reached a stalemate: I would appreciate your input. Please see the talk page Best, FrFintonStack 01:44, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
Hello, Willmcw. An automated process has found and removed an image or media file tagged as nonfree media, and thus is being used under fair use that was in your userspace. The image (Image:Sidious1.jpg) was found at the following location: User talk:Willmcw/archive5. This image or media was attempted to be removed per criterion number 9 of our non-free content policy. The image or media was replaced with Image:NonFreeImageRemoved.svg , so your formatting of your userpage should be fine. Please find a free image or media to replace it with, and or remove the image from your userspace. User:Gnome (Bot)-talk 08:50, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

First off, I apologize for the spam. You are receiving this message because you have indicated that you are in Southern California or interested in Southern California topics (either via category or WikiProject, or I happen to know personally).
I would like to invite you to the Los Angeles edition of Wikipedia:Wikipedia Loves Art, a photography scavenger hunt to be held at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) on Saturday, February 28, 2009, from 1:00 to 7:00 PM. All photos are intended for use in Wikipedia articles or on Wikimedia Commons. There will be a prize available for the person who gets the most photos on the list.
If you don't like art, why not come just to meet your fellow Wikipedians. Apparently, we haven't had a meetup in this area since June 2006!
If you are interested in attending, please add your name to Wikipedia:Wikipedia Loves Art#Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Please make a note if you are traveling to the area (train or plane) and need transportation, which can probably be arranged via carpool, but we need time to coordinate. Lodging is as of right now out of scope, but we could discuss that if enough people are interested.
Thank you and I hope to see you there! howcheng {chat} 00:40, 10 January 2009 (UTC)
