I don't know too much about Taiwanese cuisine.

I just want to get this started.

some Taiwanese wikis please expand this into a real wikipedia article.

My favorite Taiwanese dishes include:

  • Yao Yu Gunh - Soup with cuttlefish wrapped in fish paste.
  • Orh Ah Jian - pancake made with tiny oysters.
  • Orh Ah Men Shen - thin noodle with tiny oysters.
  • Orh Bing - a dessert made of frozen taro root paste.
  • Oi Yu Bing - a dessert made of some kind of jello or agar served on ice.

Other dishes that I dare not try:

  • Orh Mi Guo - rice in blood curd.
  • ?? Yo Fan - a piece of fatty pork served on rice.
