Representative Honours: Leinster Schools,U19’s & U20’s, Irish Schools & Irish U’19’s. Vas came to Blackrock College from Moscow and won schools Junior and Senior Cup medals there. He played for the successful Irish Universities side last season.
He has been selected in the Russian training squad for 2009, indicating Vasily has chosen to represent his native Russia at senior level.
