Park Avenue

Park Avenue is a private housing estate in Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is one of the projects of Olympian City Phase II near the MTR Olympic Station and is built on the reclaimed land of old Yau Ma Tei Typhoon Shelter.[1] Developed by the consortium of MTR Corporation, Sino Land, Kerry Properties, Bank of China (Hong Kong) and China Overseas Land and Investment in 2000, it comprises of 5 high-rise buildings (Block 6,7,8,9,10) with totally 1,592 units.[2]
