Relevance
I just want to remind people to keep this relevant to Uzumaki Naruto, and not the entire series. Some of the things focus slightly too much on the series itself, and not anything relating to Naruto's characteristics or what he personally did. BTW, is it "chunin" or "chuunin"? I think this page is experiencing a serious case of trees-obstructing-the-forest syndrome (ie, bloat). If we do want to keep this level of detail in the article, we should form a coherent outline of Naruto's character development as mirrored in the events and emphasise them, modeling the article after his path rather than the path of the series as a whole. For example we can draw a line between Naruto's "scaredy-cat" reaction during the encounter with the demon brothers and Naruto's "are you all right, scaredy-cat" to Sasuke in the fight against Orochimaru. But broadly describing the encounter with the demon brothers and the fight against Orochimaru, in this case, would do a disservice to the article. I might get around to this later anyway but I'd rather get some responses from people involved with the page first. --AceMyth July 2, 2005 22:02 (UTC)

- I think you in fact can have too much info on something, particularly if it's not organised in a way that the important bits would jump at the reader. For example:
- After the Great Naruto Bridge arc, Team 7 returns to Konoha to continue with their lives as regular Genin, accomplishing menial missions. Eventually, whilst playing with Konohamaru and his friends, Naruto meets with two of the three Genin from Sunagakure (Hidden Sand), Kankurō and Temari. After a short scuffle, and being saved by Sasuke, Naruto learns why the three Shinobi are present in their village. The Chūnin Selection Exams are in effect.
- On their way to the registration, Team 7 meets Rock Lee, who posed as a weakling earlier, but is actually a Taijutsu expert. He challenged Sasuke to a one-on-one duel. Naruto, pestered by all the attention going to Sasuke, blindly attacks Lee, only to be countered quickly and knocked unconcious for a short period. After this, Sasuke commences to fight Lee but is beaten. Rock Lee, although a rival for now, eventually becomes good friends with Naruto and Sakura.
This is two paragraphs' worth of information which's weight on the character of Uzumaki Naruto is almost absolutely nil, and would be covered much better focusing on other incidents. Tell you what, during the next hour or so I'm going to edit the article to reflect what I'm talking about... If you don't like the results feel free to revert me. --AceMyth July 2, 2005 22:34 (UTC)

I love this anime!
I really love this anime especially the lead character Naruto. Everything was excellent including the plot and the characters. I thank Masashi Kishimoto for creating this cool anime! Naruto rocks!

Naruto Part 2
I wish someone would update this section a little more, and a little more particularly as well, but, avoid vacuous statements and include what is relevant, yet describe it in a proper way. Unfortunately, as I'm much too busy at the moment, I can't do it myself, but please, if anyone have the time.
I have a feeling that the future chapters (278+) will ensure much info that should be put in. Please see to it that it will be done. At least for the recent chapters involving Naruto, and for the next 5 or so chapters.

That picture isn't "pondering"
Naruto wasn't pondering what technique to use. I believe that is from episode 53, when he is asked a question by the frog guy (starts with a J, right?)
Naruto's relatives
I noticed in the Characters of Naruto page that the Yondaime Hokage was listed as Naruto's older brother. Is this true? Or is that some form of vandalism? Is this something new that I've missed? yueni 18:04, 22 November 2005 (UTC)
