DaVinChe

DaVinChe is a record producer and pianist/guitarist from South London, England.

His notable works include Kano’s “Brown Eyes" and "P's and Q's” and Tinchy Stryder’s “Something About Your Smile” and "Breathe".

Biography

He co-founded the record company Paperchase Recordings when he was 16, where he is responsible for the creative direction. [citation needed]

The self-taught studio producer and engineer was named by Wire Magazine as a talent to watch. He has enjoyed great success on the underground urban scene, producing well known tracks for the likes of Doctor (‘Got A Man’ and ‘Street Soldier ft Ny’), Bashy (‘Pryin’), Sadie Ama (‘Take You Away’), Street Politiks (‘I’ll Ride ft Estelle & Bashy) and featured on the Run the Road compilation series.

Although he began his career producing grime tracks, he has since turned his talents onto projects across various genres.

His recent work includes the urban radio smash 'Tears' by Tinie Tempah Ft. Cleo Sol, Street Politiks ft Tia Jean ‘Cry 4 You’ and two tracks on Kano’s 2008 album 140 Grime Street, ‘I Like It’ and ‘Don’t Come Around’. Remixes include Britney Spears ‘Piece of Me’ and 'Gimme More', Brit & Alex ‘Let It Go’ (OST for Step Up 2) and M.I.A 'Bucky Done Gun'

There is a subtext to Davinche making him more difficult to pin down or stereotype, he is a trained pianist and guitarist, who composes and arranges all styles (grime, hip hop, RnB, pop, choral and classical). Experience arranging choirs, and has performed a classical concert for the BBC[1].[2][3][4] There is a ground swell of support and expectation surrounding the still young producer.

DaVinChe is currently working on his debut album whilst still continuing to produce tracks for artists.
