I am a Malaysian-Chinese male currently pursuing a second academic degree in the Britain. I was born one muggy day in Selangor nearly three decades ago; more specifically, I am old enough to remember Dungeons & Dragons and ThunderCats running across my TV screen but not nearly old enough to have caught the original run of Happy Days.

NB: For the purposes of tabulation (cf, final userbox), Hong Kong and Macau obviously do not make the cut—as both are SARs and not countries—but the Republic of China does. I regard the constituent countries of the UK as distinct and, having been to England, Scotland and Wales, the Union Flag above would therefore represent a total of three countries visited. As the UAE is geographically placed in Southwest Asia I chose to categorise it as an Asian country rather than use the ill-defined term "Middle East".
