Hector Allard

Joseph Marie Hector Allard (born May 11, 1902- ) was a Canadian diplomat. He was the Permanent Delegate to the United Nations and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti and Denmark.
