Pandesara is an industrial town in Udhana division of Surat. The town is located about 10 kms. from Surat and only 5 kms. from Udhana. Pandesara hosts more than 130 industries and is also home to 2,00,000 residents.

About

Pandesara was a small village in Surat district but owing to industrial establishment in the village converted it to a large town and is also a large shopping town. It is well connected to Surat and Udhana makes a popular destination for middle class public and consequently many workers and middle class population accomodates here. Overall Pandesara is perfect town having shopping markets and necessary amenities. Pandesara was the only area of Surat which was totally not affected by floods of 2006. It is the most elevated area of Surat.

Commercial

Pandesara is a popular among the business holders due to commercial activities are active in area. Many commercial centers are located in Pandesara and thus today Pandesara is much populated at any time of the day.
