Eric St Eval Atkinson (6 November, 1927 - 29 May, 1998) played eight Tests for the West Indies. He was the younger brother of Denis Atkinson - the third pair of brothers to turn out for the West Indies, and so far the last. Atkinson was primarily a seam bowler, taking 25 wickets in his one-year Test career. His best Test bowling figures came in a series against Pakistan in 1957–58, where he took five for 42 in the first innings of the second Test - before Garry Sobers hit a Test record 365 not out and Pakistan went down by an innings and 174 runs.
