Nicholas Cowell

Nicholas Cowell (born 1961) is a British estate agent. He appeared on the UK television series The Block as a judge and he is the brother of music critic Simon Cowell and the brother of author Tony Cowell.

Biography

Cowell was born to Eric Cowell, a record company executive at EMI, and dancer Julie Cowell in 1961. [1]

In the late 1970s he began work as an estate agency office junior at Garrard Smith & Partners and subsequently bought the company in 1983 with his business partner Adrian Levy. It was later renamed Estate Office and includes brands like Abbey Road Estates. [2] In 2005 he launched a £400m property fund in cooperation with property syndicator aAIM attracting investors like Elton John and Rod Stewart.[3][4]
