Always & Forever is the debut album by the British R&B vocal group Eternal. The album was a huge success, peaking at no.2 on the UK album chart and was later certified 4x Platinum by the BPI for sales of over 1.2 million copies. The album spawned six UK top 20 hits.

Always and Forever was the only Eternal album to feature Louise Nurding, who would launch a successful solo career in 1995.
