The Nikiforides Group started in the construction and development industry back in 1969. From Canberra, moving operations to Sydney with developments along the NSW Eastern coast. It was in 1978 the Group setup offices in South East. Niecon Developments formed in 1985 became the flagship of the Nikiforides Group awarded for design excellence and construction. The Nikiforides group has accomplished a strong reputation as a leader in quality developments in South East Queendland. Of note is the Niecon Tower at broadbeach. Changing the landscape of broadbeach and establishing the beach side suburb as the centre of local shopping.
