Kailas Nath Wanchoo

Kailas Nath Wanchoo was born in Allahabad. He did his schooling in Pandit Pirthi Nath High School,Kanpur. He finished his college studies at Muir Central College, Allahabad and Wadham College, Oxford. He is a member of the 1926 Indian Civil Service batch and started his service as Joint Magistrate in December 1, 1926 in Uttar Pradesh.He reported to the Government of India on the financial and other implications of the new State of Andhra Pradesh, February 1953.
