William Richard Winter (born July 9, 1943, Nitro, WV) is a former Marshall University football player. Bill Winter graduated in 1964 and was inducted into the Marshall University Hall of Fame[1] in 1990. Winter was drafted by the Charleston Rockets of the Continental Football League in 1965 [2].
