Palmer and Harvey is the UK's largest wholesale distributor of snack foods, based in Hove, East Sussex.

The company specialises in the distribution and packaging - sometimes, repackaging - of snack foods to CTN retailers (Convenience, Tobacco, and News), Convenience stores, Forecourt retailers and the CTN stores of multiple groups. It also has key alliances with various snack food manufacturers, to sell and distribute their products to their CTN client base.[1]

Listed on the Top Track 100,[2] in 2007, chairman Christopher Adams led a debt-funded management buyout.[3]
