Anton Ponkrashov (born April 23rd, 1986) is a Russian professional basketball player. He is 2.00 m (6 ft 6 ¾ in) in height and weighs 220 pounds. He is a swingman, but he can also play point guard. He currently plays with the pro club CSKA Moscow.

Russian national team

He is also a member of the senior Russian national basketball team. With the Russian national team he won the gold medal at the 2007 FIBA European Championship.
