Dan Druen was a Kentucky state Transportation Cabinet official in the administration of Governor Ernie Fletcher. Druen was one of many officials in the Fletcher administration, including Transportation Secretary Bill Nighbert, indicted for criminal violations of the state's personnel laws. Druen was also indicted on felony charges for actions related to covering up the personnel law violations. Druen was forced to resign his government position after the felony indictments.

Druen and the others were pardoned by Governor Fletcher for any crimes they committed related to the personnel scandal investigation.
