William "Billo" Rees is a former professional rugby league footballer of the 1920s and '30s who at club level has played for Swinton, and at representative level for Wales, and Great Britain, playing at Stand-off/Five-Eighth, or Scrum-half/halfback, i.e. number 6, or 7.

International honours

Billo Rees, won caps for Wales while at Swinton in circa-1928 against ?-caps, and won caps for Great Britain while at Swinton in 1926 against New Zealand; in 1927 against New Zealand; in 1928 against Australia (3 matches), New Zealand (3 matches); in 1929 against Australia (2 matches); in 1930 against Australia.[1]
