Publius Licinius Cornelius Saloninus (242 - 260) was Roman Emperor in 260. His full title was IMP CAESAR CORNELIUS LICINIUS SALONINUS VALERIANUS PF INVICTUS AUG.

Saloninus was born around the year 242. His father was the later emperor Gallienus. In 258 Saloninus, and also his brother Valerian II, was appointed Caesar by his father and sent to Gaul, to make sure his father's authority was respected there. Saloninus lived in Cologne during that time of his life.

In 260 Gallienus elevated Saloninus to become Augustus (co-emperor). The usurper Postumus was not happy with this turn of events and had Saloninus murdered shortly afterwards.
