Reality bites. My fiance left me today (July 5, 2009). We have been together for two and a half years, and were supposed to get married by the end of this year. I have lost her, and her son.

This is a massive, and disorienting upheaval of my life. I need to take some time to figure out what to do now. I'm not sure if I will return at all. If I haven't come back in two months, I'd like someone to blank my userpage, and user talk page, and replace it with a retired template.

Blanking of user pages

You need to not do these sorts of blankings ( [1], [2], [3], [4] ) again. Please review WP:POINT. If you seriously think the page in question needs to not be there, discuss it with the user directly, and if that fails, nominate it at WP:MFD. Template:Ditched

In all seriousness, I do hope you get through this. I feel for you, having been ditched myself recently, I tried to drink her away but the heartache is still there when I'm sober, and that emotional pain is worse than any kind of physical pain. I found the best way to take my mind off of her was to involve myself full-time with reading and editing Wikipedia and that actually brought me comfort and consolation. This is just one of the ways Wikipedia has changed my life. So my best advice to you would be to continue editing.. maybe she'll realize her mistake and call you. Keep up hope.
