Life Partner is an upcoming Bollywood film expected to be released in 14th August 2009. The film is directed by Rumi Jaffrey, one of the celebrated writers of Bollywood. It stars Govinda, Akshay Khanna, Genelia D'Souza, Prachi Desai, Fardeen Khan and Tusshar Kkapoor in lead roles. The film is produced by Abbas Mustan.
Synopsis
Life Partner is a comedy based on the institution of marriage. The film is about three close friends, each one having a different perspective about marriage. Govinda plays a divorce lawyer in the film who doesn't believe in marriage and is a Casanova of sorts. Fardeen Khan plays a character for whom being in love matters most and Genelia D'Souza plays his love interest. Tusshar Kapoor plays a Gujarati who believes in the system of arranged marriage and Prachi Desai plays his Gujarati wife.[1]
