Failed GA
I'm sorry this took so long. I had a look at the article, compared it with other similar offerings, and decided to fail it on GA criterion 3)Broad in coverage. I took advice on this, I don't like failing articles (usually I tend to do so on a lack of referencing, or progress). The article is very small, and while there are no rules that set a minimum size for GA I would at least have expected to see some detail on what existed before the road was built, why it was built, what material it was/is made from, what traffic uses it, etc. You are of course free to re-nominate, but I would guess the reason its been up for nomination for so long is its lack of coverage of the subject.
