A Joint Ministerial Committee usually refers to committee consisting of ministers from different nations or international organisations.

Joint Ministerial Committee
A Joint Ministerial Committee exists in the UK and Canada as a committee of ministers and Devolved Administrations. It is not an executive body and cannot bind any of its participants.[11]
