Ecuador national football team 2007
Appearance
The Ecuador national football team started the 2007 season with a friendly match against Sweden. The squad played a total number of eighteen international matches, including three Copa America 2007 matches, and four World Cup Qualifiers for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa. Luis Fernando Suárez resigned as the head coach of the senior team. He was replaced by Sixto Vizuete, who was previously the coach of the U-20 team.
