Waltraud Wagner was the gang leader in a group of nurses that was called the Lainz Angels of Death. In 1983, they would kill their patients in the Lainz General Hospital in Vienna, Austria. The group said that if one of the patients would get on their nerves, they got a "Ticket to God". They would kill the patient with injections until one of the members told them to use what they called "The Water Cure" where a patient's nose would be closed by one person and another would pour water down the patient's throat. While this was slow and agonizing for the patient, it appeared natural in a ward where elderly patients often died with fluid in their lungs.
