SCREAM is a Canadian English language category 2 digital cable specialty channel owned by Corus Entertainment and CW Media (a division of Canwest and GS Capital Partners) that was launched in September 2001. The channel primarily airs movies along with television series from the thriller, suspense, and horror genres.

Until fall of 2006, Jane Meikle presented a movie each evening, dressing as various fictional characters such as Mistress Olga, Nancy and Tiff. Amy Lalonde took over as the SCREAM hostess, until 2007, when the position was eliminated. Today, movies shown on SCREAM are just presented as is with no hostess.

On June 26, 2009, Both, Corus and Canwest announced it will rebrand the network as Dusk on September 9, 2009. The new name will feature less emphasis on "gore" and more on suspense, thriller and supernatural programming, in an effort to appeal to a broader demographic, ie. women. [1]
