Vesicular transport protein
Appearance
A vesicular transport protein is a transmembrane or membrane associated protein which regulates or facilitates the movement by vesicles of the contents of the cell.
Examples include:
- Archain
- ARFs
- Clathrin
- Caveolin
- Dynamin and related proteins, such as the EHD protein family
- Rab proteins
- SNAREs
- Sorting nexins
