William Thomas "Bill" Williams (born Esher, 23 August 1942) is an English former professional football (soccer) player and manager.

Williams played for Portsmouth, Queens Park Rangers, West Bromwich Albion, Mansfield Town and Gillingham, making over 250 Football League appearances in total.[1]

He later had a long association with Maidstone United, which included three separate spells as manager.[1] He is currently the club's general manager. Williams managed Dover Athletic in the Football Conference as well as Kingstonian.
