There are several rivers in New Zealand called the Clarke River.

Clarke River, Tasman Region

The Tasman Region's Clarke River flows northeast from its source in Kahurangi National Park, joining the Baton River 10 kilometres northwest of the township of Tapawera.

Clarke River, Northern West Coast

The northern of the West Coast's two Clarke Rivers flows northwest for 12 kilometres before joining with the upper Grey River close to the boundary of Victoria Forest Park.

Clarke River, Southern West Coast

The southern of the West Coast's two Clarke Rivers is a major tributary of the Haast River. It flows southwest from its source on the slopes of Mount Hooker before joining with the Landsborough River three kilometres before the waters of both flow into the Haast at the point where the latter river turns west towards its outflow into the Tasman Sea.
