1943 — 28 titles

Blue ribbon rerelases start this year, which are very annoying as many pre 1948 cartoons under this have their beatuiful title cards and the screen credits removed, making it unclear of whatever unit directed the cartoon. Blue Ribbons seem to plaugue alot of cartoons released in 1946-1947.
