Big Beautiful Teen or 'BBT' for short is a description of the size of a larger teenager. It is sometimes written as BBTeens.

What it means

It is based on Big Beautiful Woman which is a large woman. The term is generally used in a complimentary way, compared to the insulting 'fat'.

It is mainly felames who are called 'BBTs'.

Popularity

The term is not as widely known as BBW (Big Beautiful Woman), SSBBW (Supersized Big Beautiful Woman) or BHM (Big Handsome Man) and is really only known among larger teens and their admirers, and so there are not many references to the term online.
