Copyright Infringement?

I noticed in the trailer that these guys were so cheap they actually took the roar of the monster used in Cloverfield and reversed it. Isn't that sound made by some studio who designed the roar in the first place? So that means Paramount could file a lawsuit for illegal use of their products.
