Badija is the greatest island in archipelago Škoji, near Korčula island. The island is currently unpopulated. Fransiscan from Bosnia cam in a posession of the island in the 15th century.They hold it till the end of ww2 where it was confiscated by the communist authorities.

In the 2003. the island was turned back to franciscans.
